Walter Yep
Mr. Yep is a Water Resources Planner, Economist, and
President of the company. He has over thirty years of experience with the U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers, the United Nations, the California Department of Conservation,
and the California Public Utilities Commission.
Teresa L. Pacheco
Ms. Pacheco is a Water Resources Planner, Economist and
Vice President of the company. She has fourteen years of experience with the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers in California and as the San Joaquin County Water Coordinator.
Calvin C. Fong
Mr. Fong is a Biological Scientist. Mr. Fong has over 25
years of experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regulatory Program and
is a former Branch Chief in San Francisco. Mr. Fong is knowledgeable in all aspects
of regulatory permitting.
Dick F. Eng
Mr. Eng is a Civil Engineer and Water Resources Planner. He
has over thirty years of experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in California.
Roger Golden
Mr Golden is a Senior Project Manager. He has thirty years
of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers experience including duties as Deputy District Engineer
and Chief, Programs and Project Management Division for the San Francisco District.
Mr. Golden has worked primarily in California and the Western States.
Jini Scammel-Tinling
Ms. Scammell-Tinling is our Chief Ecologist. She has
many years of experience with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Division of Ecological
Services and is an expert on HEP analysis.
Mary Ada Squires
Ms. Squires is a Senior Water Resources Planner and Economist.
She has over thirty years of U. S. Army Corps of Engineers experience in California
and with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Headquaters, Washington, DC.
